This client-led renovation enhanced the original features of a beachside classic in one of Manly’s most sought-after locations. Working within the challenging constraints of extremely tight access and being one of three apartments in the block, our team carefully navigated the logistical complexities.
The transformation centred on opening up the living and dining areas to create a new open-plan kitchen while preserving the home’s classic Manly character. We renovated the bedrooms and existing bathroom, and cleverly converted unused attic space into an additional room, maximising the home’s potential.
