This project proved that the smallest block in Collaroy Plateau could accommodate the biggest dreams. Working within a restrictive budget and tight six-month timeline, we delivered a complete four-bedroom home and pool that exceeded expectations.
The full renovation maximised the existing subfloor and garage structure, with Ross Building expertly filling design gaps from the client and draftsperson’s initial concepts. The Hamptons weatherboard style was carefully chosen to complement the established neighbourhood character.
Downstairs features an open-plan living area, new kitchen with butler’s pantry, and expansive undercover timber decks. A striking blackbutt staircase connects to the upper level, which houses all bedrooms, bathroom, rumpus room, and a covered deck offering stunning views to Sydney CBD.
Despite the challenges of working within the existing footprint, restricted timeframe, and tight budget, the project transformed a compact site into a family dream home.
